Mont Alpi is the only grill to have the all new “Heat Wave” double layer sear plates to enhance your cooking experience. This helps reduce grease flare-ups, retain heat, and encourage smoke, smells and flavors that are essential from your BBQ. 

The Infrared Rear Burner is your go-to for rotisserie cooking and pizzas. The Infrared Side Burner, with adjustable grate settings, allows for any pot size and provides powerful controllable heat, exceptional for searing, pan frying, and boiling. When not in use, the cover sits flush for more prep space.

Stylish White Granite-Composite Countertops compliment the sleek Black Stainless Steel island body. The side cabinets, one on each end, give abundant prep surfaces. The left cabinet holds a propane tank while the right cabinet has an Outdoor Rated Lockable Refrigerator with blue LED internal lights. Two large easy-glide drawers below the grill keep cooking utensils at hand.

The multi-tasking Beverage Center has a Sink conveniently located near the prep area and an Outdoor Rated Lockable Refrigerator with blue LED internal lights. 

A heavy-duty Electric Rotisserie Kit, Chopping Board, and Weather Resistant Island Cover are standard for this Deluxe model.

An Optional Add-On Storage Cabinet is available with two inner shelves and more counter space. This cabinet will go between sections, extending your island to the right of the grill.
